346 Main Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06851 203 846-3281 From I-95, Northbound or Southbound — Take exit 15 off I-95, which is Route 7 North toward Wilton (for Southbound I-95 travelers, exit ramp will fork – stay to the left) — Proceed North and take exit 2, which is Rte 123, New Canaan Ave — At the bottom of the exit ramp at traffic light, take a left — Go through one light & over the railroad tracks. At the next light, take a left (Dunkin’ Donuts will be on your left) onto Main Ave. — Proceed approximately 1 mile; The Hour is located just past McDonald’s on the right hand side, with a large parking lot and loading dock in front of the building — Go into the alcove between the loading area and MY GYM. The Main Entrance is at the far end, left hand side. — The Reception area is located down the hallway to your right. From Route 15, Merritt Parkway, Northbound or Southbound — Take exit 40 A or B off the Merritt Parkway (Rte 15) — At the end of either ramp, and go back underneath the Parkway toward Norwalk — Go thru one traffic light, and slow down — Entrance to The Hour’s parking lot is on the left, just as road starts to curve to the left, immediately after Briggs High School. — Go into the alcove between the loading area and MY GYM. The main entrance is at the far end, left hand side. — The Reception area is located down the hallway to your right.   |
