STAMFORD -- Ian Ceppos, associate of CB Richard Ellis' Stamford office, has been appointed to the office of treasurer on the board of directors of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Westchester, N.Y., Inc.

Ceppos will be heading the finance committee and will audit association accounts, advising on the formulation of the yearly association budget, assessing dues and financial matters while developing plans for the long-range growth of the association.

(BOMA) is a source of various information on office buildings, including development, leasing, and operating costs.
