Wilton schools delayed two hours

WILTON -- With a light snow hitting Fairfield County before Wednesday's morning commute, all Wilton Public Schools are experiencing a two-hour delay.

According to the schools' Web site, www.wilton.k12.ct.us, Wilton Public Schools have called for the delay because of the inclement weather.

The light snow is expected to stop by noon Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service. Wednesday is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a high near 37 degrees. A calm westward wind is expected to be between 4 and 7 mph.

Tonight's low is expected to be around 21 degrees, and northwestern winds will be between 8 and 10 mph.
