Last chance for annual warm-up soccer camps
Posted on 08/05/2010
WILTON -- Once again this year the Wilton high school Soccer Boosters Club will be offering its annual warm up camp for high school boys and girls from August 23-27. Camp is a tradition at WHS and is the Booster Club's main fundraiser. It offers all potential high school players a jump start on the season, is an important part of the overall program and an opportunity for the incoming freshmen to 'connect' with the current players, enhance skills, build camaraderie and foster team spirit. The girl's program will be run by Soccer Extreme and will focus mainly on skills. Hours will be 8-11:30 am daily Monday - Thursday. For more information on the girl's program, contact Lou Reda at (203)-834-9786 or lou_reda@ringsend.com. The boy's program will be run by Eastern Soccer and will run in two daily sessions from 9-11 a.m., and 1-3 pm. Separate sessions for goalies will be offered. Registration packets will be emailed to all current players. Additional forms are available on the WSA website http://www. wiltonsoccer.info or at Comstock Community Center. Please sign up early to ensure proper trainer--to-player ratio. See registration forms for deadlines to sign up for the camps.
