Wilton Police Reports



On Friday, May 2 at 2:15 p.m. Molina Marcelino, 45 of Stamford was charged with issuing a bad check at the Wilton Police Department, said police. Marcelino was arrested as a result of a warrant issued by the Norwalk Superior Court and was released on a $500 bond, said police.

According to police reports on Sunday, April 27 between 7 a.m. and 12:01 p.m. a parked car at 920 Danbury Road, Caraluzzi's market parking lot was struck by a red or orange vehicle, said police. The offending vehicle left the area, anyone who has seen this accident is requested to call the Wilton Police Department at 834-6260.

Dominick J. Delfino, 18 of Wilton was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor on Mountain Road on Friday, May 2 at 9:55 p.m., said police. Off-duty police officers observed an occupant in a Red Jeep Cherokee throwing garbage out of a window onto a public highway while traveling on Ridegfield Road-RT 33, said police. The vehicle was stopped and Delfino was found to be in possession of alcohol, according to police. Delfino was issued an infraction for possession of alcohol by a minor and was released to the custody of his father, said police.




On Thursday, May 1 at 2:15 p.m. Peter Russo, 18 of Wilton was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor at Wilton High School, said police. Russo was found to be in possession of alcohol on the property of Wilton High School, said police.
